Remember a few months ago when I was ever so excited about getting back to 5k training? well, here is where that went.
no where.
I never made to to week 3. sad but true. lack of motivation mostly. I just didn't have the drive.
running is so mental.
but today, Husband and I have recommitted ourselves.
We both have races we want to run in and we know we can do it.
this time.
(p.s. It's thundering right now. great.)
good for you guys! I do well to just get in a walk, so running is not on the horizon for me right now :)
