a new blue scarf

I bought this yarn online (3 balls of it) for half off at the same time I was buying the yarn for the kids' Christmas blankets. I'd never actually seen it in person before, but it is Lion Brand (and I love Lion Brand) so I decided to give it a try. Yes, it's called "Micro Spun" but really, it was smaller than I'd thought it would be.

But, wow. It is SO incredibly soft. I ended up making 2.5 scarves with all of it (I need one more ball to finish the third). They are all different, but this is the first.

I did a row of double crochet and a row of double treble and repeated until the desired length was reached.

I don't think this yarn will be one of the warmers ones I've made, but it is definitely the softest. I love the feel of it.
